I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a safe, nonjudgemental space for clients to be themselves and work towards changes that matter to them the most.

My focus

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, or relationship challenges. I help them navigate these challenges with greater clarity and confidence while developing practical tools to cope and strengthen relationships.
