I work with a variety of client types, but not limited to those experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, interpersonal difficulties, relationship challenges, and those experiencing severe mental illness.
My approach
I utilize Cognitive models, solution-focused motivational interviewing, Family systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Understanding that all behavior is learned and that what has been learned can be unlearned or modified, resulting in different outcomes and consequences.
