Hi there, I'm Salina!

I use creativity and a narrative approach to assist individuals and couples with re-integrating and finding healing.

My focus

I work with BIPOC individuals, couples, and families. Focus areas include Intergenerational Trauma, Intersecting Identities, Life Transitions, Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Depression, Interpersonal Relationship Concerns, and Stress Management.

My approach

I shape the therapeutic experience to fit each client's needs and place the biggest emphasis on building a safe space to foster the therapeutic relationship. I naturally gravitate towards Narrative Therapy and Art Therapy, and also incorporate Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.
