I am a holistic, trauma-informed, and solution-focused therapist. I specialize in complex trauma, particularly childhood trauma, and am also addiction-informed. I love helping people process their trauma and overcome their current circumstances to go on and live their best lives.
My focus
I work with people who have experienced trauma and are dealing with symptoms that impact their quality of life. I support adolescents, young adults, and elders struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and unworthiness. I also help with major life changes, grief and loss, and work with veterans and the geriatric population.
My approach
I treat the whole being through the Mind/Body/Spirit connection. I use CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and emotional and solution-focused therapy in a natural way that feels personable. This holistic approach helps clients heal on multiple levels.
