My communication style

I am a gentle and empathic listener, but I'm not afraid to speak the truth as I see it. My communication style is honest and kind. My focus is to intuitively connect to the Wisdom that needs to be spoken out loud.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been interested in the intersection between psychology and spirituality. It made sense to me that we come into this life to grow and evolve. This has always been the focus for my own life, and it's my joy to help others by sharing what's worked for me.

My goals for you

You are in charge of the goals you want to achieve. I can assist you in getting clear on those goals and can offer you strategies to meet them. Sometimes my gentle nudge in a specific direction can be just the support you need.

Our first session

Often the first session is like a huge download where you get to tell me everything about you, your life, and where you've been. Hopefully, you'll feel more and more comfortable sharing with me as the session goes on. It may take at least 3 sessions to get a good sense of whether I am the right person for you, to clarify goals and plans forward.
