I enjoy all ages and stages of development, with older teens and young adults often an area of focus. I have experience working with the LGBTQ+ population, people suffering from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, transitions, trauma, addictions, ADHD, polyamory, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.
My approach
I use a psychodynamic approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR for trauma, while enjoying a strength-based lens. I utilize motivational interviewing for addictions, mindfulness meditation for anxiety, and focus on minimizing negative self-talk to improve your sense of self.
