Sarah has always had the spirit of a therapist; even from a young age, she was the friend that everyone came to when they were upset. Being a therapist is a natural progression of her skills and passion.

Goal setting will always focus on what actual changes clients want to see in their lives, whether that be in their relationships, careers, families, style of thinking, approach to life, or even just the way they think about themselves.
