I'm deeply passionate about serving women. I love seeing women walk in fullness, healing, and purpose. I work with identity exploration, leaving toxic relationships, life transitions, self-love, communication, anxiety, and depression.

My approach

I serve as a guide and facilitator of healing, walking alongside clients with compassion, intuitive insight, and practical tools. I tailor my practice to each client's needs, drawing primarily from psychodynamic, attachment, somatic, behavioral, and faith-centered approaches.

My communication style

I create a warm, genuine space where clients feel safe. I've been described as deeply caring, authentic, and wise. I don't force clients to move at an unsafe pace, but I will gently challenge thoughts or behaviors that don't serve their healing. I welcome feedback and adjust therapy as needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started this work because I love relationships and seeing people find hope and healing. I'm honored and humbled to sit with clients' pain, joy, grief, and loss. This work changes my clients and it changes me.

I use a collaborative approach to setting goals, focusing on your strengths, needs, desires, and wants. I don't consider myself the expert of your story, so I work to ensure you're receiving what you need from therapy.
