I work with school-aged children, adolescents, and young adults dealing with trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, school problems, and interpersonal challenges. I also support young adults navigating life transitions, boundary-setting, and stress management. My focus includes anxiety, depression, and parenting support.
My approach
My approach begins with building rapport and creating a safe space where you can openly share your feelings and thoughts. Once trust is established, we work together to address your challenges. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am trained in trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based practices.
