My approach
I use psychodynamic techniques to help process painful childhood memories and attachment patterns. I utilize CBT to identify how thoughts influence feelings and behavior, then work to develop healthier thought patterns. I also incorporate DBT techniques like mindfulness and distress tolerance to manage overwhelming emotions on a day-to-day basis.
