I work with clients who have experienced childhood trauma, are experiencing anxiety, and are struggling with relationships. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Commitment and Acceptance Therapy to bring about change, personal growth, and feeling better about the present and the future.

I primarily work with young adults or middle-aged individuals dealing with changes, life transitions, and daily stressors. I work with clients who have experienced trauma to help them move forward past anxiety and depression into clearer choices and a more fulfilled approach.
My approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Commitment and Acceptance Therapy to partner with clients to understand their life patterns and how their sense of self affects their choices and outlook. I seek to understand each unique individual where they are and begin a journey forward to a more fulfilled purpose.
