My communication style

I believe good therapy starts with good listening. I give you space to talk about what's happening and what concerns you. I'm also active in working side by side with you to design new skills, decrease problems, and improve your quality of life.

My journey to mental healthcare

My father was a counselor who showed deep compassion for his students. After exploring other paths, his example led me to this career. Since becoming a therapist, I've never questioned my choice and find joy and purpose in this work.

My goals for you

I like to establish the goals the client hopes to achieve and examine what steps they have attempted in the past and what they feel have been helpful or not.

Our first session

You'll find me focused, empathic, and open to your needs and expectations. In the first session, we'll begin to develop the therapeutic relationship essential to meeting your goals.
