Hi there, I'm Crystal!

I have been working in the field of mental health for over 13 years since graduating with my Masters in Social Work from USC in 2013. I focus on helping women reclaim who they are. I help women reconnect with their identity, rediscover their confidence, and feel empowered to create a fulfilling life on their own terms.

My focus

As a mother of three, I understand how easy it can be to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. Your dreams, needs, and identity matter. You deserve the opportunity to rediscover what lights you up and build a life in which you feel confident, whole, and deeply fulfilled.

My approach

Through compassionate guidance and genuine encouragement, I create a supportive space where women can: Reconnect with who they are beyond their roles and responsibilities, Build confidence in their voice, choices, and abilities, Clarify what they truly want from life, and Move forward with purpose toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
