Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience in the mental health field. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to process, learn to unlearn that which is no longer helpful to you, and rebuild.

I work well with individuals over the age of 18 and seniors.

My approach

My services can be provided in English, Portuguese, or Spanish and include stress management, coping with depression and/or anxiety, and trauma. A meaningful life must be constructed, with care and diligence, kindness and courage.

My approach is non-judgmental and warm. However, I am also transparent and straightforward with my clients.

My journey to mental healthcare

I struggled with depression and anxiety for a number of years, so you will find in me someone who was you at some point, sitting on the other side of the screen, feeling vulnerable but hopeful.

You will find a non-judgmental person with a good sense of humor. My first and most important task is to connect, person to person with you. It is from this relationship that the work flows.
