My focus

I offer therapy services for older adults, adults, teens, infants, and parents. In addition, I have specialized training and expertise in Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Women's issues, and Certification as an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist.

My approach

Using a relational approach, I offer a range of strategies utilizing training in psychodynamic, neurobiological, developmental, psychoanalytic, feminist, cognitive, trauma, and mindfulness therapies. Together, we can work to bring you to your goals and resolve self-doubts and concerns that are impeding your progress.

My communication style

The foundation of successful therapy is to work together to explore and share in order to genuinely understand your experience. Through a safe, empathic, caring, collaborative, and direct therapeutic relationship, I have helped many people manage current life stresses and difficult issues and find a more fulfilling future.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have training and experience as a clinical psychotherapist. I have additional advanced training and certifications in Psychoanalytic psychotherapy, Neuro-developmental Model of Psychotherapy (NMT), Feminist Therapy, TF-CBT, and Life transitions.

In the first session, our focus is on getting to know you, providing support, and answering your questions. I will want to know how I can be of help and begin to help you identify goals for therapy.
