I strive for open, honest communication so we can work on your goals in a positive way. For some individuals, social communication can be hard, so I can help you find positive but effective ways to express yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I had the opportunity to work for a recreational program for teens with developmental disabilities. I knew then that I wanted to work in the psychology field. My first traineeship was working with children and families with a variety of challenges.

My goals for you

I am not here to tell you what to do. I truly believe that the answers lie within yourself. My role is a guide to help you figure out what is not working for you now, what obstacles are in your way, and what steps you can take to move beyond those obstacles.

Our first session

The first session will focus on a brief overview of how therapy works. After that, we will focus on getting to know each other and exploring some easy ways so you can get started feeling some relief right away.
