I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I was struggling with my past trauma, depression, and anxiety. I eventually found a therapist who assisted me on my own healing journey. I became a trauma-informed therapist to assist clients in the healing process and move clients from victim to victory.

My approach to goal setting is through collaboration with clients based on clients' needs and evidence-based practice.
