I feel privileged to work in this field and am inspired by my clients' courage and growth. I provide individual, couples, and group therapy, creating space for healing and transformation.
My focus
I work with a wide variety of clients and am especially good at healing the inner child from childhood trauma. I also specialize in substance abuse and co-dependency recovery work, as well as mood disorders such as anxiety or depression. My passion is leading women's support groups and retreats.
My approach
My first goal is to build rapport by providing a safe, comfortable, and non-shaming environment. From there, I invite you to guide the sessions and offer my wisdom and expertise if necessary. I believe that we all have innate wisdom about how to heal if given the opportunity and support.
