My communication style is casual and laid-back. I focus on creating an open, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing whatever you need to at that moment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I knew I wanted to help and support people. My experience includes schools, group homes, detention centers, community mental health, and private practice. I'm passionate about working with teens, adults, and families to help them through life's challenges and experience growth.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a collaboration. I work with you to explore and assess strengths and challenges, then we prioritize areas of growth together.

Our first session

Our first session is a time to get to know one another. We'll focus on understanding who you are and what concerns you have regarding your mental health or personal challenges. It's also your chance to get to know my style and who I am as a therapist.
