I’ve always been passionate about helping others. Through my studies at UCSB and USC, I’ve built a strong foundation that guides my work. Supporting people through life’s challenges brings me joy, and I find purpose in helping clients uncover the answers they’ve been searching for through therapy.

We start with immediate goals you want to focus on, then explore broader goals across key areas: personal growth, career, health, family, and relationships.

In our first session, I would introduce myself, share my background, and explain the therapy modalities I use. We'll complete a brief intake and then focus on what brings you to therapy. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable discussing your wants and needs.
