I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My background in hospital-based crisis work has strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, grounded support in difficult moments.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional dysregulation. I especially enjoy supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or are navigating major personal or professional changes.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where clients can openly process emotions, build insight, and develop practical coping tools. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs.
