My approach
I use a combination of rational-emotive and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you identify and reshape negative thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel in control of your emotions & behaviors. I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and positive self-talk.
