My communication style

Therapy can be beneficial for many things, but most importantly to provide support, guidance, strategies, and education, which can improve our lives and motivate us to attain our personal and life-long goals, and it would be my pleasure to be part of this sacred journey that everyone of you is choosing to begin.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up as a child of immigrant parents, I witnessed cultural and societal struggles around mental health, including gang violence and family violence, with few available resources. My Latino heritage and these experiences drive me to be a therapist and create a space of tranquility and comfort for others.

My goals for you

I believe therapists aren't here to fix people. Instead, I guide, support, and empower you to uncover the strengths and skills you already have within yourself. My role is to help you recognize and build on your existing capabilities.

Our first session

Expect a warm, welcoming environment free of judgment. This is your space to share your story, perhaps for the first time, and to get to know me. I'll create a comfortable atmosphere where you can begin opening up at your own pace.
