Hi there, I'm Artie!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I work to create a safe, trusting, and accepting relationship with my clients struggling with depression, anxiety, early life trauma, and family-of-origin issues.

My focus

I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, family-of-origin issues, early life trauma, grief and loss, and the everyday stresses that can feel overwhelming. I also work with couples looking to rebuild intimacy and communication in their relationship.

My approach

I believe we’re all searching for purpose and meaning, and that therapy is a journey of self-discovery that leads to real healing. Drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, and client-centered approaches, I help clients build the tools they need to make lasting, meaningful change in how they cope and relate to the world.

My communication style

Above all, I want you to feel safe, heard, and understood. I create a warm, accepting space where clients can be fully themselves — because I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation on which healing is built.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began therapy myself at 15, after losing my father. That experience changed the course of my life and showed me what it means to be truly helped. It’s what drew me to this work — and it’s still what drives me today.

Healing doesn’t happen all at once. I work collaboratively with clients to set small, manageable goals — always driven by what you want and need, never overwhelming.
