I prioritize a non-judgmental environment for open communication. I offer a calm and safe space for clients to share any challenges, while encouraging reflection of past experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

I first realized that I had an interest in mental health while working in the school system. Once licensed, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, collaborating with my clients to identify strengths and modify unhelpful behaviors. Everyone has the tools to improve if allowed to better understand themselves.

My goals for you

I view therapy as a contact sport—an active, collaborative process that requires engagement, honesty, and teamwork to create lasting results. I focus on building trust so you are comfortable collaborating to achieve their goals.

Our first session

The first session is an opportunity to gather background information and understand what is bringing you to therapy. It is common to feel nervous about your first session, but please know we will move at your pace.
