My communication style

I use an assertive communication style and provide a safe and judgement-free environment for my clients. I want every client to know that I am actively listening and processing every word they share.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been passionate about helping others. As a teen, I participated in Peer Leadership. As I aged, I spent many years working in various positions in a skilled nursing facility. During this time, I discovered the impact that active listening provided, which motivated me to pursue my provider journey.

My goals for you

I assist clients in identifying their goals and creating clear, obtainable steps to conquer each goal. We work collaboratively to break down larger objectives into manageable actions, celebrating progress along the way.

Our first session

Clients should expect to discuss expectations for the client and provider. The client will complete an initial assessment to allow the provider to gain additional insight into their life. This will also give us an opportunity to get to know more about each other and to establish whether this therapeutic relationship is the best fit.
