My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you recognize and change negative thinking patterns that contribute to emotional distress. I incorporate behavioral activation, encouraging engagement in meaningful activities to lift mood. I also guide you through deep breathing, mindfulness, and progressive muscle relaxation to manage stressors.
