I began my journey working for a domestic violence program, transitioned to homeless services, then to community mental health, and finally to corrections. Working in those environments allowed me to gain firsthand experience with the difficulties and resilience of my clients.
My focus
I have experience working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma and struggle with symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and substance use disorder.
My approach
I allow clients space to reflect and process at their own speed. I meet clients where they are at and begin treatment there.
