I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, specializing in EMDR therapy for adults who feel stuck—whether in relationships, work, creativity, or their self-worth. Many of my clients discover that past experiences or traumas still impact their present lives, leaving them anxious, disconnected, or simply unable to move forward.

My approach
While EMDR is my primary approach, EMDR helps free up those blockages so healing and growth can happen. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, and Attachment Theory, all with a trauma-informed lens.
