I work primarily with individuals 18+ who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I strongly believe that the most important thing in therapy is the relationship, and I strive to create a safe and trusting place for my clients.

My approach
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I collaborate closely with clients to build trust and use approaches that best suit their needs. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based approaches.
