My focus
I see clients who are: struggling with relationships, in a period of transition, healing from trauma, and experiencing grief and loss. The discomfort and uncertainty of these situations often present themselves as depression, anxiety, anger, shame, fear, bodily aches and pains, or sadness.
My approach
I start right where you are. I believe that everything we are experiencing makes sense, given what we've gone through and how we've had to cope. When we realize that there's really nothing wrong with us--that we're using strategies we've always used for an understandable reason--we can find a way out of our stuck places.
