My focus
I work mostly with adults transitioning through life changes. I support first responders and healthcare professionals suffering from compassion fatigue and burnout. I help clients facing medical problems they must adjust to, as well as those grieving losses.
My approach
My approach centers on empowerment, enlightenment, and changing how we think about issues to make them manageable. While many clients bring issues from their past that bother them in the present, my approach to trauma is to let it live in the past and help you cope in the present with renewal.
