I feel that it is helpful to utilize training and experience along with empathy, compassion, and optimism to assist in identifying and working towards goals related to growth and improvement in mental health. I have gotten positive feedback about supporting folks with anxiety and like to assist clients in this area, as well as depression.

I would say I am quite comfortable with a range of presenting problems; I particularly enjoy supporting folks with anxiety and/or depression.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always felt that attachment is such an important aspect of life, particularly partner attachment. The desire to support others in this area led me to the path of therapy.
