I am passionate about helping clients navigate through challenges and build strength and resiliency. My experience working with children, adults, victims of domestic violence, families, and immigrants has taught me that it is not the challenges in life that determine who we are, but our response to those challenges makes us who we become.
My focus
I work with clients to help build positive coping skills, and self-confidence to better understand themselves. I have found that my style and approach have been a good fit for immigrant families, young adults, and teens who struggle with challenges of social, cultural, and spiritual issues that often result in anxiety and depression.
