As an LCSW, I help young adults navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and together we'll build tools and insight that help you feel more confident and in control.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been fascinated by how people adapt to stress and life changes. Working with young adults who have experienced trauma has shown me their incredible potential. Seeing them do the work, grow, and build resilience is what continues to inspire me as a provider.
