Therapy doesn't always have to be so serious! I believe that every story is unique and there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" therapy. I love bearing witness to the slow unfolding of understanding that comes with closer examination of the human experience.
My focus
My ideal client is someone who has finally had enough of the pain that comes with life on Earth and is willing to examine the "unexplored corners" of their life to find out where the ghosts of their past are haunting their present. I appreciate a client who is willing to build a new framework to unlock the next iteration of themselves!
My approach
My specialty is helping people remove themselves from the dark clouds of negative thinking and perceptions that cause so much suffering in life. Such suffering is not necessary, and can often be reduced significantly by engaging with the inner self, which so often gets obfuscated by thought, forged from pain, trauma and past experience.
