Hi there, I'm Matthew!

My approach to therapy is helping improve the client's ability to establish, maintain, and improve relationships. Helping the client develop and utilize positive coping skills that best fit their lifestyle. Helping promote the decision-making process while facilitating the client's potential.

My focus

For the past 27 years, I have been working with clients who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, and post-traumatic stress Disorder.

My approach

My approach is based on a humanistic model of unconditional positive regard, a concept from Rogerian psychotherapy, which is the practice of showing nonjudgmental acceptance and warmth towards therapy clients. I also have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
