I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based out of Orange County, California. I am passionate about treating mental health issues related to trauma, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, addiction and substance use, codependency, low self-worth, and emotional dysregulation.
My focus
I specialize in working with adults who find that they have lost a sense of balance, a sense of who they are, or lost control of their lives. This lack of balance, identity or control can look like PTSD, addiction and substance use, codependent relationships, personality disorders, anger, depression, and ADHD.
My approach
Since I believe each person is unique, I use approaches that best meet your needs and preferences in therapy. I often integrate Cognitive Behavior Therapy, emotion regulation skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and grounding skills from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing in sessions.
