I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I like to use a behavioral approach in therapy, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals to help those in need of change in their lives.

I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and adjustment disorders. I have treated clients between the ages of 5 and 95 years old.

I prefer to use either a humanistic or behavioral approach with an overall intent to help clients meet their goals. I have extensive experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been attracted to the field of social services and psychology since learning about human behavior in high school. I find it very rewarding and enjoy working and learning from people from all paths of life.
