My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist because I want to help people navigate life’s struggles and feel less alone. I especially value working with teens and providing a safe, supportive space where they can openly talk through their challenges with a trusted adult who listens without judgment.

My goals for you

I work with my client to identify solutions to their problems, overcome struggles, and help them feel better and reach their full potential.

Our first session

During a first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, judgment-free space. We’ll get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify your goals. I’ll listen, answer questions, and work with you to create a supportive plan. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and hopeful.
