My focus
I work with young adults, veterans, individuals with severe psychiatric disorders, older adults, and adults struggling with substance abuse. I've also successfully helped stabilize and house those experiencing homelessness.
My approach
I use client-centered approaches designed to assist with the spiritual, emotional, and psychological aspects of the individual. Finding holistic well-being and daily balance is critical. My top modalities include Eclectic and Psychodynamic approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness/Meditation.
