My typical clients are suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, life transition issues, job-related stressors, parenting concerns, substance abuse, co-dependency, and may also be suffering a loss and are grieving.
My approach
My approach to therapy depends largely on the needs of the client. Approaches may include Motivational Interviewing, Supportive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
