My journey into therapy began with a desire to help and a love for listening. It grew into wanting to help people navigate difficult times of their lives. Being a source of support, a time of release or relief, means everything to me.

Our first session

Your first session with me is a chance for us to get to know each other, for you to share what brings you to therapy, and to work out some of the nerves of opening up if it's new to you. It's relaxed and slow paced, we ease into it. Then we celebrate our new journey together!
