I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong background in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, phase of life issues, men issues, cultural issues and challenges with transition. I have worked with youth to adults ranging from foster youth to adult offenders with severe mental health diagnosis.
My focus
I work with teens and adults old and young navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief and self-esteem challenges, etc. Together, we’ll work together to build coping skills and create a personalized plan for growth.
My approach
I have been working in mental health for the past 10 years and have a person centered solution focused approach utilizing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I look forward to working one on one and promoting growth and change in areas clients have identified as concern
