My communication style is grounded, direct, and supportive. I will listen closely, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and offer clear, thoughtful feedback. I create a space where you feel safe to be honest, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work through my early experience supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma. I saw how deeply stress and systemic pressures affect mental health, and how powerful it can be to have a space to process it safely. That experience continues to shape my commitment to thoughtful, trauma-informed care.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a partnership. We’ll identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic, then break them into clear, actionable steps. Using EMDR and practical tools, we’ll work at the root of what’s contributing to your stress or symptoms, while tracking progress and adjusting as your needs evolve.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to slow down and understand what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk through your current challenges, relevant history, and what you hope will feel different. You don’t need to have everything organized. I’ll guide the conversation and help us identify next steps together.
