I've dedicated my career to creating spaces where people feel truly seen and heard. My training and experience have shaped my belief that healing happens when clients feel safe to explore their stories without judgment.

Goal setting as a collaborative effort, I will work with you to decide what your goals are while also highlighting what I have noticed can be areas to focus on.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your goals and what you hope to achieve, and we'll begin building a safe, collaborative space for your healing journey.
