I'm a bilingual therapist who works with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, family conflicts, and re-entry challenges. I work collaboratively to ensure you have a positive, healing experience and provide tools to achieve a more meaningful life.

I work with individuals addressing anxiety, grief, infidelity, life transitions, pregnancy and prenatal/postpartum concerns, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, women's issues, and mild depression. I'm most comfortable working with clients who are open to therapy, willing to explore insights, and ready to put in the work.

I'm an eclectic therapist who uses several therapeutic modalities to fit your unique needs. My main approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I integrate other theories in sessions to best support your growth and healing.
