I work with people from diverse backgrounds and practice cultural humility as an advocate for social justice. I use music, podcasts, art, and narrative therapy with clients working through creative blocks or perfectionism.

I work best with individuals addressing depression, anxiety, work stress, creative blocks, and life transitions. My background in performing arts allows me to connect deeply with artists and creative individuals. I find this experience informs my work with young adults and working professionals, especially high achievers.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, tailoring techniques to meet your individual needs. I draw from CBT, person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy. I work with you to navigate life's challenges through different modalities.
