Hi there, I'm Briana!

I specialize in helping Millennial Women of Color struggling with low self-esteem, overwhelming stress, racial identity issues, chronic unfulfillment, and existential concerns. Together, we'll end cycles of comparison, hopelessness, and feeling stuck so you can begin living a hopeful, meaningful, and thriving life.

My focus

Many clients I work with are fellow Millennials experiencing disconnect from their identity and passions, feeling weighed down by past and present pain and resentment, and scattered-like discouragement due to the overwhelm of all their experiences, expectations, and the general stress of their environment.

My approach

I provide approachable, evidence-based, and trauma-informed therapy methods to help you become more informed of the deep-rooted issues that tend to be the source of pain. My approach guides and grounds us in self-compassion, self-acceptance, and safety that we often wish to experience in the midst of a chaotic world.
