Hi there, I'm Grace!

I love helping thoughtful people get unstuck. If you've spent years organizing around others' feelings, needs, and expectations, it might be difficult to tune into your own. I'd be honored to support you in connecting with your inner life and trusting yourself more fully in the world.

My focus

As a therapist, I'm curious about the parts of you that may have gone quiet to belong. I love working with sensitive and creative clients and anyone who’s felt out of place or sees the world a little differently. Issues I help with include anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges, malaise and burnout, depression, grief, and life transitions.

My approach

The unconscious speaks up in creative ways: intuition and inspiration, forgetfulness or slip-ups, dreams, and symptoms. My approach is depth-oriented, drawing from Jungian, psychoanalytic, relational, and attachment-based frameworks. We’ll listen for what your psyche is communicating and what it’s inviting to come forward.
